Description
Broward College is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish a comprehensive portfolio of dental supplies, instruments, equipment, consumables, replacement parts, and related services for its Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene programs. The contract will be awarded for an initial three‑year term with the possibility of up to three one‑year renewals and a 180‑day extension. The College will purchase items on an as‑needed basis; no minimum volume is guaranteed. Proposals must be submitted electronically via DemandStar by 2:30 p.m. ET on 27 Oct 2026, and questions are due by 4:00 p.m. ET on 30 Sep 2026. The award will be based on best‑value criteria, not solely price.
