The State of North Carolina is seeking proposals from banking and financial institutions to operate an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) at the Caswell Developmental Center in Kinston, NC. The selected proposer must register as a legal entity under North Carolina Law before the transaction is placed on the Council of State agenda.
