Cationic Dewatering Polymer – Central WWTP

The City of Waco is seeking bids for the provision of cationic dewatering polymer for use at the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contractor shall furnish all product, transportation, delivery labor, pressure-unloading equipment, hoses, fittings, adapters, documentation, technical assistance, qualification-test support, safety equipment, and other materials and services necessary to comply with the specifications. The estimated annual quantity of bulk cationic dewatering polymer is approximately 48,000 gallons. • The contractor must provide a current Safety Data Sheet with its bid. • The contractor must maintain an adequate supply source and provide a Supply Continuity Statement. • The contractor must provide technical assistance and emergency response. • The contractor must comply with all delivery and site-safety requirements. • The contractor must provide conforming replacement product within the period specified by the City. • The contractor must remove rejected product, delivery units, or equipment at no cost to the City.
