Prequalification - Annual Contract Demolition

The Palm Beach County is seeking qualified contractors for an annual contract to provide demolition services on an as-needed basis. The contract may be awarded for up to five years with an initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $1,000,000. The specific magnitude of the work will be determined by individual work orders issued by the county, and it is anticipated that work orders will be generally less than $100,000 each, but may be larger. • The contractor must possess all professional licenses or certifications required by the State of Florida and/or Palm Beach County for performing demolition services. • The contractor must submit a qualification application package, which will be available on the county's online Vendor Self-Service system. • A non-mandatory WebEx conference will be held on January 5, 2023, to provide information about the contract.
