The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking bids to procure printing services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to renew for an additional 5-year term. The successful bidder will be required to provide printing services, including but not limited to, printing, binding, inserting, and mailing. The bidder must also provide a means for electronic transmittal of art files and proofs, and must be able to accept orders via various methods, including phone, email, and fax.
