Printing Services

The Mesquite Independent School District is seeking to establish a list of non-exclusive, on-call vendors to provide Printing Services as needed. This solicitation will result in awards to multiple vendors on a rolling basis during the open solicitation period. The initial contract term will begin on the date of award and continue through May 14, 2026, with the option to renew annually for up to four additional years. The District anticipates an annual expenditure of approximately $200,000. • The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors on a rolling basis. • Vendors are encouraged to submit their proposals as early as possible. • The District reserves the right to renew the contract annually for up to four additional years. • The initial contract term will begin on the date of award and continue through May 14, 2026.
