The agency requires a contiguous office area of approximately 5,298–5,509 ABOA square feet, with a designated 2,619 USF of special space for secure vaults, a communications room, and secure storage. Additional mandatory features include 18 secure surface‑level parking spaces for government vehicles, 24/7 HVAC for a server room, a loading dock, freight elevator, and compliance with fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The lease must be a fully‑serviced “warm‑lit” shell, located above the 1st floor but not on the top floor (single‑story acceptable), and must not be within 1,000 ft of residential, educational, health, or other prohibited facilities.
