Band Uniforms

The Jackson County School System is seeking a vendor to design, manufacture, and deliver custom marching band uniforms and related accessories for its high school band program. The selected vendor will provide design services, student measuring, manufacturing, delivery, warranty support, and optional replacement uniforms and accessories. The District anticipates purchasing approximately 80-140 marching band uniforms. The proposal should include company information, executive summary, vendor experience and product information, design process, production schedule, pricing, warranty and long-term support, and references. • The uniforms should be durable, high-quality, and support student performance, comfort, and long-term value. • The vendor should have demonstrated experience providing marching band uniforms and accessories. • The proposal should include itemized pricing, shipping, optional items, replacement pricing, minimum orders, and volume discounts. • The vendor should provide a warranty and long-term support for the uniforms and accessories.
