Five-Year Inspection of Three Cranes

The 341st Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Malmstrom Air Force Base intends to award a contract to MGX Equipment Services to perform a 5-year inspection of three cranes. The inspection will include a 3000-hour boom disassembly and inspection per the Manitowoc Crane 1100 Operation and Service Manual. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis, but all responsible sources may submit a quote or capability statement, which will be considered by the agency. • The inspection is required every 5 years or 3000 hours. • The contract will be awarded to MGX Equipment Services, the sole authorized National Crane repair company in Montana. • All responsible sources may submit a quote or capability statement. • Responses are due by 21 May 2025 by 12:00 PM MST.
