The Closter Board of Education is seeking qualified firms to serve as a Broker of Record for the district’s medical and dental services. The broker will act as the primary liaison between the school district and health‑service providers, handling procurement, contracting, compliance, and ongoing support for enrollment, claims, and reporting. This role is essential for ensuring that student health plans are administered efficiently and in accordance with New Jersey regulations. • Serve as the central point of contact between the district and medical/dental providers. • Facilitate procurement, contracting, and management of health‑related services. • Ensure compliance with N.J.A.C. 6A:23A‑5.2 (a)(5) and other state regulations. • Provide ongoing enrollment, claims processing, and reporting support. • Submit a complete proposal (one original + two copies) by the May 20, 2026 deadline.
