CubCrafters CC19 XCub

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) program is seeking to procure CubCrafters CC19 XCub aircraft or equivalent aircraft meeting specified salient characteristics. The contract will be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity commercial supply contract with a period of performance of five ordering periods, each lasting 12 months. The aircraft will be used for animal damage management in livestock and wildlife. The contractor must provide a complete quote, information about their company's technical capability to meet the requirements of the contract, and information about their company's past performance relevant to the requirements of the contract. Key features of the aircraft include: high wing monoplane, two place tandem seating, tail wheel type, Lycoming engine with minimum 210 hp, constant speed propeller, gross weight of 2,300 lbs, useful load of 1,000 lbs, and a range of 800 miles. The aircraft must also be equipped with specific avionics, instruments, and accessories, including a Garmin G3X Touch with 10.6" display, Synthetic Vision, and Front-loading SD card slot. The USDA, APHIS uses the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) for electronic submission and tracking of invoices and payment information to its suppliers of goods and services. Invoices shall be submitted electronically to the IPP invoicing system.
