Diagnostic Imaging Services

Multnomah County Health Department’s Integrated Clinical Services is soliciting proposals for comprehensive diagnostic imaging services—including radiology consultation, X‑ray, MRI, ultrasound, digital mammography, PET/CT, breast ultrasound, and bone densitometry—to meet the needs of its primary‑care and student health centers across the county. The contractor must process referral orders, schedule appointments (including after‑hours when possible), provide rapid STAT reporting (within 2 hours) and routine reporting (within 24 hours), notify ordering physicians of critical findings, and supply a bi‑directional HL7 interface that integrates with the County’s Epic/EHR system. Additional requirements include compliance with HIPAA and a Business Associate Agreement, provision of interpreter services, adherence to sliding‑scale payment options for self‑pay patients, and maintenance of required insurance coverage.
