RFR_185127 Diagnostic Imaging Supplies

The Department of Public Health is seeking to establish a list of qualified vendors to supply Diagnostic Imaging Supplies for the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital. The hospital is upgrading its Radiology, CAT-Scan, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound services and anticipates a continuing need for additional suppliers. This will be a rolling enrollment solicitation, and responses will be evaluated as received. Vendors are asked to include their pricing list along with any relevant product description. • The hospital is looking for suppliers of specialized and/or proprietary products. • The solicitation is for a variety of diagnostic imaging supplies. • The contract will be for a period of 10 years, including option years. • Responses will be accepted for the life of the contract. • Vendors must provide their pricing list and product description.
