The Defense Logistics Agency Maritime (Puget Sound) is seeking a small‑business‑set‑aside supplier to provide a variety of Inconel (UNS N06625) welding studs in specific sizes, threads, and finishes for delivery to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. This is a firm‑fixed‑price, commercial‑items RFQ with FOB‑destination terms. The contractor must be registered in SAM, capable of electronic invoicing via WAWF, and meet a range of FAR/DFARS compliance requirements (traceability, IUID, DBIDS, packaging standards, etc.).
• Five stud configurations (3‑inch, 6‑inch, 3‑inch, 3‑inch, 3.75‑inch) with quantities totaling 550 units.
• Must supply studs conforming to ASTM B446 GR1, hot‑finished, annealed, pickled, with MIL‑S‑24149 Type V threads.
• Delivery to DoDAAC N4523A, Bldg 514, 1400 Farragut Ave, Bremerton, WA 98314‑5001, FOB destination.
• Small‑business set‑aside (HUBZone/SDVOSB/WOSB/EDWOSB) – NAICS 332722.
• All contract administration, invoicing, and certification requirements must be satisfied, including NIST 800‑171 assessment if applicable.
