The solicitation seeks two reducing‑weld‑neck flanges (3‑in × 6‑in, 700 psi, alloy C96400) to be manufactured in accordance with an attached drawing and delivered to the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. This is a small‑business set‑aside (HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB) RFQ with a firm‑fixed‑price arrangement and LPTA evaluation. The vendor must provide delivery time, manufacturer information, and comply with extensive traceability, mercury‑free, IUID, and WAWF invoicing requirements. Delivery is required on or before 8 Jan 2027.
