LOCKBOX SERVICES

The Office of the State Treasurer is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide lockbox services, including wholesale and retail transaction processing, for various Washington State agencies. The selected vendor will be required to establish and service Post Office Boxes, process mail, and provide data management and security controls. The contract is expected to last for four years, with the option to extend for up to three additional years. The vendor will be responsible for providing lockbox services, including sorting, processing, and depositing payments, as well as providing data and images to the state agencies. The vendor will also be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data security and employment screening. Some key requirements include: * Establishing and servicing Post Office Boxes located within the state of Washington * Processing mail and deposits on the same day * Providing data management and security controls * Complying with all applicable laws and regulations * Providing customer service and support to state agencies
