The Southeast Kansas Education Service Center (GREENBUSH) is issuing an IDIQ RFP (ESC‑SAFESECURE2027) to establish one or more cooperative contracts for safety and security products, systems, equipment, technology, and related professional services for schools, government entities, and other eligible organizations. Vendors may propose any subset of the extensive scope—including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, emergency communication, visitor management, low‑voltage infrastructure, integration, installation, training, maintenance, and cybersecurity support. The contract will be indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity, with no guaranteed purchase volume; pricing will be not‑to‑exceed and may be used for individual product purchases or large turnkey projects. Proposals are due 15 Oct 2026. • Scope covers hardware (cameras, access readers, locks, sensors, cabling) and software (cloud platforms, licensing, analytics). • Services include design, engineering, installation, integration, programming, commissioning, training, maintenance, monitoring, and technical support. • Vendors may be manufacturers, distributors, system integrators, or service providers; they need to demonstrate experience with similar safety‑security solutions. • Pricing must be submitted via a structured workbook and be transparent, not‑to‑exceed, with possible discounts from manufacturer lists. • No minimum purchase commitment; contracts will be awarded on a best‑value basis and may be used by multiple eligible entities over the contract term.
