The State of Idaho is seeking a vendor to supply a broad catalog of logo‑branded promotional merchandise for AmeriCorps and Serve Idaho programs. The contract will be awarded to the vendor offering the highest average discount off catalog prices, with the discount locked in for the life of the agreement. The vendor must provide both embroidery and screen‑printing (or equivalent) imprint methods, submit pre‑award samples, maintain an up‑to‑date online price catalog, and meet strict delivery and correction timelines. • Supply a wide range of items – apparel, bags/totes, drinkware, writing instruments, and assorted promotional goods – in both economy and premium tiers, with no minimum‑order restrictions. • Demonstrate two imprint methods (embroidery and screen‑printing) on pre‑award samples; provide digital proofs for all post‑award branded items. • Commit to an initial 1‑year term (renewable up to 5 years), with a required discount percentage on MSRP, a 10‑business‑day catalog upload after award, 8‑business‑day turnaround for post‑award samples, 10‑14‑business‑day standard order delivery, and 30‑day correction window for any defects. • All orders processed via IDOL purchase orders (FOB Destination, freight prepaid); the State retains pre‑award samples at no cost to the vendor.
