Description
The Virginia Information Technologies Agency seeks a qualified vendor to replace its existing Distributed Antenna System (DAS) across agency facilities. This effort includes removal of legacy equipment, installation of new antenna components, cabling, and integration with current telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring reliable wireless coverage for agency users. The contract will cover design, procurement, installation, testing, and post‑implementation support.
• Conduct site surveys and develop design plans for DAS replacement.
• Remove existing DAS hardware and install new antenna systems, fiber or coaxial cabling.
• Integrate the new DAS with existing network infrastructure and perform system testing and certification.
