Flexible Spending Account Administration Services

The State of Montana is seeking a contractor to provide Flexible Spending Account (FSA) administration services for its health, limited purpose, and dependent care reimbursement plans. The contractor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive FSA administration program, including plan design, implementation, and ongoing administration. The contract will be for a period of three years, with an option to renew. The successful contractor will be required to provide a guaranteed fee for the three-year period, inclusive of all required fees. • The contractor must have experience in providing FSA administration services to large groups. • The contractor must be able to provide a comprehensive FSA administration program, including plan design, implementation, and ongoing administration. • The contractor must be able to provide a guaranteed fee for the three-year period, inclusive of all required fees. • The contractor must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Montana Procurement Act and the Montana Uniform Trade Secrets Act.
