Unclaimed Property Audit Services

The State of Nevada is seeking a vendor to provide unclaimed property audit services. The contractor will be responsible for conducting audits of holders to ensure compliance with Nevada's unclaimed property laws. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2022, and end on June 30, 2026. Vendors must submit their proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP. The proposal shall contain a maximum of four attachments, and no redacted versions are needed if submitted per the instructions. • The vendor must have experience in conducting unclaimed property audits. • The vendor must be able to demonstrate their process, consistency in that process, and documentation of the process. • The vendor must be able to provide a detailed audit manual that provides a roadmap for unclaimed audits conducted. • The vendor must be able to submit a cost proposal that is not marked as confidential.
