Fish Feed - MDC

The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing is seeking a contractor to provide fish feed for various fish hatcheries located throughout the state. The contractor will be required to provide cold water fish feed that meets specific nutritional requirements and is manufactured in accordance with good manufacturing practices. The contract period will be for one year, and the estimated annual quantity of fish feed needed is approximately 2,190,968 pounds. The contractor will be required to deliver the feed to various hatcheries in the state, and the delivery requirements include specific truckload quantities and unloading procedures. • The contractor must provide fish feed that meets the nutritional requirements specified in the RFP. • The contractor must comply with good manufacturing practices. • The contractor must deliver the feed to the designated hatcheries in accordance with the specified delivery requirements. • The contractor must provide a "Vendor No Tax Due" certificate prior to award. • The contractor must comply with the Anti-Discrimination Against Israel Act certification requirements.
