Salisbury University is seeking multiple vendors to provide on‑site temporary staffing across a range of functional categories (cashier, administrative, unarmed security, grounds, housekeeping, dining, and other positions). Bidders submit a percentage markup on the University’s base labor rates; the lowest percentages will be awarded. The contract is a three‑year, multi‑award agreement with optional one‑year extensions, and the University may award several vendors simultaneously with no guaranteed volume.
