PPE Apparel and Towels - Swanton VT

The U.S. Border Patrol, Swanton Sector Headquarters is requesting a rental contract for the supply and laundering of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) apparel, including flame and fluid resistant shirts and trousers, and shop towels. The contractor will be required to provide PPE apparel and shop towels, fender covers, cotton mats, and other gear or clothing used to protect individuals from disease transmission. The contract will have a base year and four possible service years, with the base year starting on August 1, 2026, and ending on July 31, 2027. • The contractor must provide a capability statement outlining their ability to meet the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW). • The contractor must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and receive payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to trafficking in persons, labor standards, and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide pricing for each base and option year, and the government intends to award the contract without discussions.
