6515--BLOOD GAS ANALYZER

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a blood gas analyzer for the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The analyzer must meet specific requirements, including the ability to measure up to 22 parameters for Goal Directed Perfusion, display Oxygen Delivery, Oxygen Consumption, Cardiac Index, Oxygen Extraction Ratio, and Area Under the DO2 Curve, and have fluorescence sensor technology capable of measuring pH, pCO2, pO2, and potassium. The system must also have a colorful, touch screen display and allow quick access to customizable view configurations. The contractor must provide an Authorized Distributor Letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer. • The contract is for a commercial item, and the Government will award the contract to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. • The contractor must comply with various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and other applicable laws and regulations. • The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and termination. • The contractor must provide a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items.
