Budget estimate

$2,500,000 – $7,500,000

Based on the information provided, it is difficult to estimate the exact budget for this opportunity. However, considering the scope of work, which includes providing community-based outpatient substance use disorder, mental health, and sex offender treatment services for a minimum of 5 units and a maximum of 1500 units per service, the budget could be substantial. The government will make payment on a monthly basis via Electronic Fund Transfer, and the contract will be awarded to the quoter whose quotation offers the best value to the government, considering technical capability and lowest price technically available. Assuming an average cost per unit of $100, the total budget for the base year could be around $500,000 to $1,500,000. For the four option years, the budget could be around $2,000,000 to $6,000,000. Therefore, the total budget for the five-year period could be around $2,500,000 to $7,500,000.
