Description
The State of Connecticut’s Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to design, develop, and implement the process for its next five‑year strategic plan covering 2027‑2032. The consultant will work closely with the Community Renewal Team to assess current programs, engage stakeholders, formulate strategic objectives, and produce a comprehensive implementation roadmap. This effort is a single‑award contract focused on high‑level advisory and planning services rather than construction or product delivery.
