ROMO-SUPPLY OFF-ROAD DIESEL FUEL

The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking a contractor to supply off-road diesel fuel to Rocky Mountain National Park. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be required to deliver 2% certified diesel biofuel for off-road use with a premium diesel fuel additive in a concentration required by the biofuel manufacturer. The delivery location is at an elevation of approximately 11,796 feet above sea level, and the roads to the location are narrow, steep, and winding. The contractor must have experience delivering fuel to high alpine locations. Key aspects of the job include: • Delivering fuel to a high alpine location • Providing 2% certified diesel biofuel for off-road use • Including a premium diesel fuel additive in a concentration required by the biofuel manufacturer • Having experience delivering fuel to similar high alpine locations • Registering in the System for Award Management (SAM) with the NAICS code 324110
