Budget estimate

$89,000 – $104,000

The budget for this contract can be estimated based on the requirements for lodging, food, and recreational activities for 105 people over an 8-day period. Assuming an average cost of $100 per person per day for lodging and food, the total cost for the 8-day period would be $84,000. Adding the cost of recreational activities, which could range from $5,000 to $20,000, the total budget could be estimated to be between $89,000 and $104,000. Therefore, the estimated budget range is $89,000 to $104,000.
