The scope is broken into technical provisions covering janitorial and custodial services, grass and vegetation management, dumpster provision and waste removal, natural‑resource management, and building/mechanical/electrical repairs. The award is a total‑small‑business set‑aside with a $30 M ceiling; individual task orders may range from $2.5 K to $9 M and will be issued for a 30‑day performance period with a one‑year base period and up to five additional option years.
