Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The estimated budget for this contract is difficult to determine without knowing the exact quantities of transformers to be purchased. However, based on the fact that the contract is for a multi-term contract, it is likely that the budget will be in the range of $100,000 to $500,000 per year, depending on the number of transformers purchased. The City reserves the right to purchase more or less than the quantities listed, and the Bidder must provide a price for each item that remains firm for three months from the date the contract is executed. The City will also pay for any taxes due on the contract, and the Bidder must complete the Estimate of Taxes attribute of this bid in the online bidding system.
