Waste Disposal - LDH - CLSH

The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for waste disposal services for the Louisiana Department of Health, Central Louisiana State Hospital. The contract will be for a 12-month period, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing containers, servicing them as needed, and disposing of waste. The bid price should include delivery of all items F.O.B. destination. • The contractor must provide containers that are well maintained and free of noxious odors. • Containers will be changed out at the request of the Agency. • Containers are to be serviced day after holiday if a scheduled pick-up day falls on a holiday. • The contractor must provide extra dumpsters as needed during the contractual period. • The contractor must provide credit for the reduction in pick-ups due to decreased volume, etc.
