Rental, Delivery, Setup, and Teardown of Event Tent and Associated Equipment for USCG Training Center Birmingham Southern Ceremony

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide rental, delivery, setup, and teardown of a large event tent and associated equipment for a formal ceremony at the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Birmingham Southern. The equipment includes a 40’ x 60’ frame tent with sidewalls, stage with stairs and skirting, podium with wireless microphone, powered speakers with stands, guest and stage chairs, highboy tables with fitted covers, climate control fans, and all required accessories. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to deliver, install, and remove the equipment. The key requirements of the job include: • Providing high-quality equipment and submitting supporting documentation like manufacturer specifications, certifications, and photos • Presenting a clear plan for timely delivery, setup, and removal of all items • Describing how climate control and noise will be managed during the event • Explaining procedures for ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations • Providing prices for all items/CLINs • Holding prices firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers
