Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a market survey to gather information from industry vendors for the acquisition of Systel manufactured mission processors and workstations. The survey aims to determine the level of interest and capability among eligible firms to provide the required equipment. The scope of work includes providing a workstation and processors with specific specifications. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement, including a detailed description of similar government contracts previously awarded, and a copy of SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. The responses will be used for informational purposes only, and the nature of the competition remains undecided. • The survey is open to eligible small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and 8(a) certified firms. • The equipment required includes 4 Systel Mission Processors (Part Number: RC4600D-JHU-01) and 1 Systel Mission Workstation (Part Number: RC2200DH-JHU-01). • The responses must be submitted electronically by August 14, 2026, 5:00 p.m. (CST). • All information provided will be kept confidential, and vendors are encouraged to mark any proprietary documents as necessary.
