16 AF Marriage & Family Retreat 2026 - Resort

The US Air Force is seeking a vendor to provide a marriage and family retreat for approximately 130 attendees, including hotel accommodations, full meals, meeting rooms, and on-site waterpark access. The retreat will take place from 11 September 2026 to 13 September 2026, within 125 miles of Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. The vendor will be required to provide standard rooms with two queen beds and a pull-out couch, as well as two separate meeting rooms, one for adult training and one for childcare. The vendor will also be responsible for providing meal vouchers for all attendees. • The estimated demographic breakdown for the 130 attendees is 40 active-duty military members, 40 spouses, 30 children under the age of 12, and up to 20 children or other dependents over the age of 12. • The vendor must provide a space for childcare operations, including adult-to-child ratios, square footage per child, and safety protocols, in accordance with Department of the Air Force Instruction (DAFI) 34-144. • The adult training room must be spacious enough to comfortably seat 100 adults without crowding, and must have Audio/Visual (A/V) equipment capable of ensuring presentations are clearly visible and audible from any vantage point. • The vendor will not be required to provide childcare services, as these will be procured via a separate, independent contract.
