5820--2-Way Radios

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources to fulfill a brand name or equal requirement for 2-way radios. The radios will be used as an alternate communication method during telephone outages. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in the statement of work. The contractor must be an authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed brand name or equal. * The contract will be for a firm-fixed-price. * The contractor must submit a quote for items 0001-0005. * The quote must include the offeror's best terms from a price standpoint. * The Government will evaluate offers based on price reasonableness and whether the offer meets all requirements in the solicitation. * The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to do business with the Government. * The contractor must provide documentation, including a quote submission, authorization letter, and Section 508 Checklists. * The contractor must comply with established VA Information and Communication Technology (ICT) accessibility standards.
