The City of Tampa’s Solid Waste & Environmental Program Management is issuing an Intent to Single Source (ISS) to procure replacement parts and components for the spray dryer absorber (SDA) lances at the McKay Bay Waste‑to‑Energy Facility. Durr Systems, Inc. is the exclusive OEM distributor for the nozzle heads required, and the city requires an authorized distributor who can provide the parts along with warranty service, maintenance, or repairs as needed.
