The City of Tacoma Water Purchasing Division is seeking price quotations for a variety of stock‑type, non‑electrical hardware, chemicals, hydrant components, and tools needed for the operation and maintenance of its water‑service infrastructure. Vendors must supply new, unused items that are less than two years old (unless otherwise approved) and must ship FOB Destination with freight prepaid to the city’s Water Warehouse. All bids are to be submitted by email with the collective bid number in the subject line, and no substitutes are permitted. • Specific line‑item parts include Watrous PacER components, ZEP “big orange” part, 6‑in. transition couplings (NSF‑372 certified), Kennedy O‑rings, heater disconnect‑switch kits, pipe plugs, and related crayon marking supplies. • Delivery is default two weeks after receipt of order (ARO) unless the vendor specifies a different lead‑time. • Bids must be signed, use the city’s bid form, and be emailed to [email protected] by 11:00 AM on 17 April 2026. • All pricing must be net price, freight prepaid, FOB Destination; the city will award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
