(RFQ) 26-42, On-Call Right-of-Way Negotiation Services – Annual Contract

The County of Henry is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call right-of-way negotiation services for an annual contract. The selected firm will be responsible for providing these services as needed by the County. The scope of work includes negotiations for right-of-way and easements, relocation package preparation, personal property moves, and relocation advisory services. The County encourages small, local, veteran-owned, disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE), and female-owned businesses to participate in the solicitation process.
