Description:
The U.S. Army is seeking information from companies interested in producing the Standard Automotive Tool Set (SATS) M1221. The effort involves provisioning an estimated 2700 parts, packaging data for up to 2700 modernized parts and 3 Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command (TACOM) Managed parts, a new Army Technical Manual development, and providing a provisioning file for the Tools Component list for uploading into Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP). The company should have experience with military technical manuals, provisioning, packaging data, and training. The company should also have the capability to furnish all required labor, material, facilities, tools, and equipment to accomplish, repair, and testing. • The company should have experience producing Operator Manuals in accordance with MIL-STD-40051E. • The company should have experience developing IADS Compliant XML Data sets. • The company should have experience producing Maintenance Manuals in accordance with MIL-STD-40051E. • The company should have experience providing Repair/Spare Parts List in accordance with MIL-STD-31000B, Technical Data Packages. • The company should have experience with the Army provisioning process in accordance with SAE GEIA-STD-0007C – Logistics Product Data and SAE GEIA-STD-HB-0007B – Logistics Product Data Handbook. • The company should have experience developing packaging data in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E. • The company should have experience producing Training Manuals with current Military Standards with appropriate copyright release. • The company should have experience developing OPNET and FLMNET Support Packages. • The company should have experience developing a Component list with full tool descriptions for uploading into AESIP.
