Consultants, Speakers, and Program Presenters for Staff and Student Development

The North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking proposal responses for consultants, speakers, and program presenters for staff and student development. The district is looking for vendors to provide services such as teacher training, student development, and consulting work. The solicitation is an Extended Response Period (ERP) bid, and awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. • The district requires vendors to complete a fingerprinting packet prior to beginning work, but it is not necessary to complete the fingerprinting process prior to submitting a response to this RFP. • The district prefers electronic submissions through the e-bidding platform, but paper bids will also be accepted. • Vendors must register as a supplier to respond electronically. • The district will provide written and oral instructions to assist vendors through the submission process. • The contract ID number for the Certificate of Interested Parties is the same as the bid number, 24-23.
