Campus Event Related Products and Services

The North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking proposal responses for Campus Event Related Products and Services. This includes products and services such as DJ services, entertainment, party rental equipment, muralists, audiographers, movie screen and equipment rental, and costume designers. The district is looking for vendors to provide these products and services on an as-needed basis. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible, and awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. • The initial contract term will be for one year, with the option to extend for four additional one-year contracts. • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements, including those related to historically underutilized businesses, tax exemption, and recordkeeping. • Vendors must also agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation, including those related to payment, delivery, and termination. • The district reserves the right to select vendors based on quality, suitability, and other applicable criteria.
