RFP-Visit Rhode Island Tourism Analytics and Impact Reporting-Addendum 1

The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation is seeking a vendor to design, build, host, and maintain a cloud‑based tourism‑analytics platform that consolidates multiple data sources, generates monthly leadership scorecards, and delivers an annual tourism economic impact report for calendar year 2025. The work includes data integration (credit‑card spend, website analytics, attribution, lodging, short‑term‑rental, and air‑service data), dashboard development with role‑based access, documentation for future transition, and ongoing support for board and legislative briefings. The contract is initially for one year with two optional one‑year renewals. • Build a SaaS dashboard that ingests manual files (and optional APIs) from at least seven distinct tourism data providers. • Produce monthly presentation‑ready scorecards and an annual impact‑report deck following TSA‑RMF 2008 methodology. • Provide full documentation, uptime SLAs, and support services, with renewal pricing locked in at award.
