Budget estimate

$5,000 – $30,000

The document does not disclose the rental amount, but typical hunting‑lease rates in Louisiana range from a few hundred to several thousand dollars per acre per year. Assuming the school lands cover roughly 50–200 acres, the annual rent could be between $5,000 and $30,000. The deposit equals the first‑year rent, so the client’s cash outlay would match that range, and revenue (if the lease is awarded) would be comparable.
