The City of Norman is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to provide a development code evaluation, update of development codes, and a process for revising applicable mapping. The project aims to guide future development in the City of Norman and promote infill and mixed-use development. The selected consultant will work closely with City Staff, Planning Commission, and City Council to develop and implement the plan. Key aspects of the project include: updating the Zoning and Subdivision regulations, creating a new Development Code, and conducting a Parking Study and Plan. The Parking Study will assess current parking inventory, forecast parking needs, and develop recommended strategies and programs to address parking concerns.
