The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide bulk delivery of petroleum, including diesel and gasoline, to the IHS Pine Ridge Service Unit and two satellite clinics in Kyle and Wanblee, South Dakota. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining fuel tanks at a level of at least 25% and ensuring that tanks are above 50% before periods of cold weather. The contractor will also be required to install telemetry on each tank and provide field receipts for the amount of fuel delivered. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four optional one-year extensions.
