Description
The City of Milton is soliciting qualified vendors to remove and replace the existing apparatus bay doors and automatic operators at Fire Station 41 (12670 Arnold Mill Rd) and Fire Station 43 (750 Hickory Flat Rd). The contract is a lump‑sum “Invitation to Bid” for all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to complete the work. Bids are due electronically by 2:00 PM EST on Nov 4 2026. A non‑mandatory pre‑bid site visit/meeting will be held on Oct 27 2026 (10:00‑11:00 AM) at each station. The City requires a 5 % bid bond, performance and payment bonds (100 % of bid), and a maintenance bond (1/3 of contract price).
