RFP for County Highway 10, 17, and 17B Intersection Improvement Project Final Design

The Washington County Public Works Department is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide project coordination, final design, and construction‑document services for the CSAH 10/CSAH 17/CR 17B intersection improvement in Lake Elmo, MN. The scope includes detailed engineering, utility coordination, storm‑water design, permitting support, construction‑staging plans, and assistance with bidding and construction phases. The consultant will manage bi‑monthly project‑team meetings, produce 90 % and 100 % design submittals, develop cost estimates, and ensure compliance with MnDOT, county, and city standards.
