Description
The City of West Park is seeking a qualified vendor to design, furnish, deliver, install, program, test, commission, train on, and provide warranty support for a complete municipal‑grade audio‑visual and performance lighting system for the McTyre Park Amphitheater. The scope encompasses full system integration, including lighting controls, rigging, sound equipment, microphones, and public address systems, all to be installed on site following a mandatory preliminary site visit. This project will enable the municipality to host a wide range of events with state‑of‑the‑art AV capabilities.
• Comprehensive design and supply of AV and lighting equipment for an outdoor amphitheater.
• Full installation, programming, testing, commissioning, and end‑user training.
• Mandatory site‑visit inspection on September 10, 2026; all bidders must attend.
• Deliverables include warranty and ongoing support for the complete system.
