Goodlet Park Theater Center AV and Seating Modernization

The City of Hialeah is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive engineering, design, procurement, installation, integration, and commissioning services for a full modernization of the Goodlet Theater. The scope of work includes a complete audio system upgrade, a full lighting system modernization, a premium projection and camera system upgrade, and the replacement of the existing 226 theater-style audience seats with new commercial-grade seating. The selected contractor will be expected to deliver a turnkey, performance-based solution that includes on-site spatial assessment, equipment sizing, installation, system testing, staff training, and strict warranty support, alongside options for ongoing annual maintenance. • The project requires a comprehensive engineering and design strategy for the theater facility, including acoustic evaluations, sound coverage mapping, and proper integration of speaker placement and subwoofers. • The vendor must provide a thorough technical design, engineering approach, and methodology for the project. • The vendor must have demonstrated experience in similar commercial theater, auditorium, or performance venue upgrades of comparable scale. • The vendor must provide a competitive and reasonable price proposal, including a base price proposal, additive alternates, and unit pricing for contingencies.
